This is the biggest cross-country competition of the year, which involves 600 students from ESF and International schools all over Hong Kong. 

It was a challenging course for all runners with races ranging from 1.6km – 3km. All the students from FIS were outstanding in all the races. It was brilliant to see how much effort all of the FIS teams put in to every race and there was certainly some tired runners at the end of each race! Our Year 5 Girls team also managed to come in third place for the first time. Congratulations to all the runners on the day!

A special thank you must also go to Ms. Ki, Mr. Tait, Ms. Chantal and Ms. Wakeman for helping support all of the teams on the day.
