Presentation on Reasonable Screen Usage by Dr Serge Tisseron – 29 February (Parent Community)

Issue 51: 26/1/2024

Screens … A little? A lot? Like crazy?

Learning to do without screens means learning to use them. So how can we support children and teenagers in their daily and sometimes compulsive use of screens?

Dr. Serge Tisseron is a renowned French psychiatrist, psychologist and writer, whose research and writings have profoundly influenced the field of child and adolescent psychology and new technologies. As early as 2008, he developed the “3/6/9/12 method to tame screens and grow up” guidelines (Family Online Safety Institute FOSI Award 2013). The FIS Health Department invites you to a presentation on Thursday, 29th February, 2024 at 6:30pm, where Dr Tisseron will share his committed vision and in-depth knowledge to promote a balanced and conscious use of new technologies, with a focus on the psychological and emotional well-being of young people and their families.

If you are interested in this conference, please register by completing the following form here before 9th February 2024.
