Report on 22nd April Board Meeting
The Board of Directors of FIS met for its seventh session of the year on Monday the 22nd of April. In our commitment to United and Sound Governance, here is a summary of the information that was discussed, considered, and voted.
Members had an update regarding the upcoming summer maintenance and renovation plans across our four campuses, and asked questions related to the plan, its timeline and budget.
FISCA (the French International School Community Association) then gave a presentation and answered questions related to its planning, articles of association, and its relationship with the school. The board will vote on the approval of FISCA as a separate association in partnership with FIS at its next meeting. This fits perfectly with our strategic objective 4.1: Engage and structure the entire community.
Following this, the Board discussed the Arrangement and Agenda of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, which is to take place on Thursday May 16th in a Hybrid Format (online and TKO campus). The Board does encourage all debenture holders to attend the AGM.
The next board meeting will be held on June 3rd, 2024.
