Sports Awards 2024: Bravo to our Athletes
This year, over 480 secondary school students from the French International School were able to discover, practise, progress or excel in the sport of their choice among 14 extracurricular sports activities. This selection included a diverse range of sports such as netball, rugby, gymnastics, fencing, volleyball, climbing and many others.
More than 50 athletes were nominated across these different activities.
Established in 1997, the ceremony also awards the prizes for the male and female athletes of the year across all students.
This edition saw Jude Denham named the winner for the boys and Zara de Saint Vaulry for the girls.
Nearly 200 students, parents and other pizza enthusiasts attended the 2024 ceremony, masterfully led by our head of department, Yann Lassus.
After the trophies were presented to our young champions, the Headmistress personally rewarded our two athletes of the year, and the evening continued with a convivial gathering.
Congratulations to all our students for their excellent abilities in their respective sports, see you next year for a new season of extracurricular activities!
