The inaugural FIS Inter-House Dance competition took place on Monday 6th May. All students were invited to perform their own version of either the popular ‘Fortnite’ dance as well as a dance of their own choice.
As this event was the first of its kind as part of the International Section Inter-House Competition, it was decided that the performances would be judged on participation levels rather than the quality of the dance and choreography skills.
The students worked hard to choreograph their dances and there were some very entertaining performances on the day.
Sapphire Dragon House came out on top as they had seven students involved in. Emerald Snake House came second with three students performing and Ruby Panda and Golden Phoenix both came in equal third as they had two students each dancing.
The results from this event will go towards the final standings which will be announced at the end of term one of the next academic year.
